The Queen has been pleased to approve the appointment of the Right Honourable Sir David Neuberger as a Lord of Appeal in Ordinary following the retirement of the Right Honourable Lord Nicholls on 10 January 2007.
Biographical Notes
Sir David Neuberger (58) was called to the Bar in 1974, becoming a Bencher in 1993. He took Silk in 1987 and became a Recorder in 1990, and a Justice of the High Court, assigned to the Chancery Division, in 1996 and was appointed Lord Justice of Appeal in 2004.
