A major new website has been launched to provide the public with a free, one-stop shop for Government data.

The Prime Minister welcomed the creator of the World Wide Web, Sir Tim Berners-Lee, and Professor of Artificial Intelligence at the University of Southampton, Nigel Shadbolt, to Downing Street this morning.

“We the undersigned petition the Prime Minister to withdraw the Government’s support for the Communications Data Bill.”
