Government welcomes report on Scottish devolution

The Prime Minister has welcomed a new report on Scottish devolution that recommends greater financial responsibility for the Scottish Parliament.

Non-executive Forestry Commissioner for Scotland

Her Majesty The Queen has approved the appointment of Hamish Macleod of Dumfries as a non-executive Forestry Commissioner for Scotland and the re-appointment of Dr Olutayo Adebowale, both appointments are for a term of three years from 1 April 2009.
