The Prime Minister has announced new measures aimed at giving more intensive help to those who are out of work and guaranteeing education or training for all school leavers.

“We the undersigned petition the Prime Minister to make funding available for one-to-one computer training for all disabled people in the UK.”

The Government has announced a package of help, including £350 million for training initiatives, for small and medium-sized businesses struggling with the effects of the credit crunch.
