Petitions

Friday 29 July 2011

e-petitions is an easy way for you to influence government policy in the UK.

You can create an e-petition about anything that the government is responsible for and if it gets at least 100,000 signatures, it will be eligible for debate in the House of Commons.

Create and sign petitions online

The e-petitions site has been relaunched. At this time there are no e-petitions to search for, or to sign. We expect to begin publishing the first e-petitions for signing in the week commencing Monday 8th August 2011. You can still create a new e-petition.

Previous responses

Responses to e-petitions submitted to the previous administration can be viewed on theĀ HMG e-petitions responses page.
