The Queen has been pleased to approve that The Honourable Mr Justice Colin Rimer be appointed a Lord Justice of Appeal upon the retirement of Lord Justice Auld on 30 September 2007.
Biographical Note:
The Honourable Mr Justice Colin Rimer (63) was called to the Bar by Lincoln’s Inn in 1968 and made a Bencher in 1994. He was appointed a QC in 1988. He became a Judge of the High Court of Justice, Chancery Division, in 1994.
Mr Justice Rimer was knighted in 1994.
