In order to view the videos on this website you will need to have one of the following media players installed on your computer: RealPlayer or Windows Media Player.

Further information about each format is available below.

Problems viewing videos

If you click on the link to watch video and nothing happens or you get an error message, please refer to the tips below to see if you can immediately resolve the problem.

RealPlayer Video help

To view videos in Real format you will need to download the RealPlayer plug-in if you do not have it already. Visit the Real website to download a free version of RealPlayer:

Windows Media Player Video help

To view the videos in Windows Media format you will need to download or install Windows Media Player. On most new PCs this is installed by default. Otherwise it is available free of charge on the Microsoft website:
